I really like this place, but for breakfast, it's a bit pricey! For 2 basic meals, coffe, and a side of bacon it was 30 bucks! Other than that, the service is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the food is great with a huge menu, and never a wait! The first time we went here their air conditioning wasn't working, but I guess that can happen anywhere? The place is also massive, and it feels very homey and comfortable inside. You don't feel cramped or overcrowded, which I've felt at many breakfast places. Overall, this is a great breakfast place!

They made a mistake on our breakfast so it had to be re-made. New food was brought out to fast with a low temperature and not very good. Hash browns were like mashed potatoes. Very disappointed since they are the highest price breakfast around the area. Won't be returning. I recommend finding another place. Kids meals should not be $6 for one pancake. Everywhere else is $4-$5 with a meat included. To upgrade the side of pancakes is $4 for gluten free. So one omelet with hash browns gluten free pancakes is $14.59 really you guys are not good enough for this. 2 adults 3 kids We ordered two omelettes two kids meals with sausage. Traded the included pancakes for gluten free on one meal a coffee, tea, three waters the bill was $61.46!!! We couldn't make it 6 miles before the two who had the messed up order needed a bathroom for feeling sick.

Sigh. Ok... How can you screw up poached eggs?! They were more like soft boiled. Hash browns were not edible: dried out & over cooked... Turkey sausage was ok. Gluten free pancakes were ok... But... $14.00 for that??! Prices go up and the quality goes down. I hope our Book Club meets somewhere else next month..

We eat at Kingsberry almost every Sunday morning. Good food, great service, good prices. Highly recommend Vienna Benedict!!!! Can't recommend any one server because they are all great, friendly and very professional. The food is always consistently good and the portions are very generous.

Stopped in this place for a little breakfast with my Dad one morning. My Dad lives nearby so he frequents the place ( it was obvious when the owner greeted him with "You're late today"). Anyway, for me this was my first visit. When I walked in I noticed how clean it was. I even asked my Dad how long it had been open because of the cleanliness. I was shocked! Now, I am not saying you should eat off of the floors or anything, but for a place that has been in business for years (apparently this is another place I have driven by a million times) it is pretty darn well kept! So why only three stars then? The food was average. It was nothing spectacular, but it was good. I have no complaints whatsoever, but again it was just average. Oh & the prices are not bad considering some of the other breakfast spots in the area.

Place is okay. There's one waitress there that shouldn't even be working, she doesn't take mental note of the obvious. Had to ask for our drinks AFTER meal was brought for 5 mins. Has to ask for straws and napkins. Just awful service.

Just visited this restaurant and it was my 1st time. Flash back to the 70's for decor. Great for families, even larger groups as tables can be configured to accommodate. Service was outstanding, fast, and friendly. My coffee cup never went empty. I felt the prices were reasonable. I certainly would go back.

My husband calls me a pancake fanatic, and my son(4) seems to be following in my footsteps. That said, Kingsbury has some pretty decent pancakes. They didn't knock off my proverbial socks, but they were pretty tasty. My central complaint is with the service which tends to be dicey at best. Some days we have top-notch-blow-your-hair-back service, and the next time, the server will offer up an apathetic look in our general direction, and try to stop by no more than three times total. I understand we're not a popular bunch (mom, dad, 4 y/o, 3 y/o, 8 month old), but we eat fast, keep it clean, and move along. In order to do so, though, we need a normal amount of attentiveness from our server. This is hit or miss at Kingsbury. Even still, it shouldn't defer you from heading over to sample the wares. You won't leave hungry or unsatisfied. :)

For a breakfast joint, these guys a quite pricey. I have been their a few times and must say, nothing has knocked my socks off. I can go down the street for a comparable breakfast at less the cost. Won't be returning.

breakfastrules.blogspot.… Oh yeah, Kingsberry was pretty good. We've noticed a trend with "Berry" places; they tend to make pretty spectacular breakfast joints. The omelettes came out well and were the proper omelette color, which we determined was not brown but somewhere between orange and yellow. We'll call it "yornge." Yornge is the proper omelette color. Sasquatch liked his oatmeal and was tickled pink by his pickled jalapeno. The pancakes also came out nice and had that extra touch of powdered sugar which always makes a nice presentation. However, Frank did not enjoy the potatoes from his skillet and thought it took a little off the experience. The coffee was good and the service was prompt despite several table spillings. Kingsberry lives up to the hype and gets a quality rating of 3.5 Brent Faces.

Kingsberry's is an average breakfast joint that could be compared to ihop. The pancakes are homemade, but they must have ran out of milk and butter because flavor is missing

My first visit here. My wife has been here a couple times & she said it was good. I had the farmers skillet & what a disappointment. It was probably the worst farmers skillet i had. Food had no texture, it was like everything felt mashed together. Pancakes & coffee weren't that good either. My wife said her corned beef/hash wasn't any good. Our server was nice though. I usually give restaurants a 2nd chance, but i don't think i will with this place.

Overall, I was impressed with Kingsbury. I didn't expect a whole lot but I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good, and they gave you two slices of cantaloupe when they seated you (which were tasty but served on a very obviously chipped plate) They have a very extensive menu, but I chose the apricot waffles and some bacon. It came out quickly and was really tasty. They didn't fall into the trap a lot of breakfast places do by making everything super sweet. The waitress was attentive, but not overly so....and best of all...the prices were very respectable. I don't expect to be out here much, but when I am I'd go back for breakfast anytime!

My first time there was good, though my husband wasn't crazy about the food. The second through 5th visit was the same old crap. Food not cooked the way I ordered it. One day it was so hot in there, we took our food home to eat it. Complaining to management gets nothing, but a "sorry". Today, when my friend was done with her food, mine finally came & I asked for a to go box & the waitress rolled her eyes!! Being in the service industry most of my life, I was appalled at the rudeness. I will not ever give them another chance. I'll go down the street to Diamond pancake house. Great food , friendly, prompt service & clean!

Hmmm we didn't get a piece of melon when we arrived! Regardless, it was a nice visit. I had a chocolate waffle with macadamia nuts and strawberries. It was fantastic and I have never seen that combination before. My husband got some sort of breakfast platter. It came with just about everything you could think of: pancakes, eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. It was a VERY reasonable price for his plate (less than $9 I think). My ONLY real complaint, and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars, was that it was an extra $2 to add chocolate chips to his pancakes. REALLY? You could buy a whole damn bag of chocolate chips for that price.....

I just had the most disgusting potato pancakes I've ever eaten...undercooked, greasy, absolutely gross. Sent them back once to be cooked through, they came back more burned on the outside, greasier, but still uncooked in the middle. The owners could not have cared less. I will NEVER go back! Eating at an establishment where the owners don't care about the food quality or the customer's experience is a health risk.
